In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and lemon zest.
Make a well in the center and pour in all the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Spoon the biscuits into a greased baking dish or covered with baking paper, leaving about 5 centimeters between each biscuit.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º. Delicious!
