Does it froth all types of milk?

Semi-skimmed and whole animal milks will froth easily. However, certain types of animal-based milks, such as skimmed, or plant-based beverages, might not froth or may froth with less volume. Those that are more challenging to froth include: hemp milk, cashew milk, and soy milk. It's better to opt for the "Barista" editions of these beverages.
Does it turn off automatically when it reaches the desired temperature?
