Ingredients
400g cooked white beans
1 tsp tahini (15 g)
Juice of half a lemon (approx. 15 ml)
5 g Culinary Matcha
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 clove of garlic
50 ml olive oil
Instructions

Drain the beans in a colander and rinse them with cold water.

We put all the ingredients in the glass and mash them for 45 seconds at progressive speed.

It should have a grainy, slightly thick texture.

We serve it with a drizzle of virgin olive oil and we can add sesame seeds. Serve with raw vegetables and corn nachos.
