¼ cup popcorn kernels
⅓ cup clarified butter (ghee)
3 g original Matcha
1 tsp sugar (if you like a touch of sweetness 😋)
1 tsp salt

Place the corn kernels in a microwave safe bowl large enough so that when formed they will fit in the bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave for 3 minuts at maximum power.
